Threshold work is the art of pausing at the edge of change.It is the moment where what was no longer holds, and what is becoming has not yet found its shape. We learn to feel what belongs to us and what is ready to be returned. This work is not about crossing the threshold quickly, but about standing honestly within it—allowing clarity to emerge, not through effort, but through attention. The threshold reveals itself when we are willing to meet it.
